Refund Policy

All returns for refund from our "STANDARD" product line are subject to a 15% restocking fee of product price. Shipping is not refundable on any orders.

Returns that are "CUSTOMIZED" are accepted only for defect in manufacturing. All cancelled orders are subject to a fee of up to 50% depending on the stage of manufacturing at the time of cancellation.

Grips purchased with our CUSTOMIZE TAB are all build to order. They are not a stocked item and have a 2 to 4 week lead time for shipping.
